In addition, we use your personal data regarding you having submitted it to us for registration on our website and having consented to the processing of your personal data. We also collect, store and process your personal data when you contact us via the contact form, blog function, the career page or by sending us an email, this being necessary to process your enquiries and correspondence. You can withdraw said permission at any time without naming any specific reasons by contacting the above mentioned address or getting in touch with us via email or phone. The legality of our processing of your data up to the point of your revocation remains unaffected by said revocation. The data you provided us with by filling out the contact form will be stored on our server until you either officially request to have said data deleted, until the cancellation is received, or if the purpose of said data storage (e.g. when a request or order has been completed) ceases.

Our external service providers who carry out data processing on our behalf are contractually obliged within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR to treat the personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations. As far as these companies come into contact with your personal data, we have ensured through legal, technical and organizational measures, as well as through regular controls, that they comply with the regulations of the data protection laws.

If you find partner offers on our websites and apps, use them directly through the respective partners. We reserve the right to transfer your personal data to bodies entitled to receive such information if we are obliged to do so by law or court order.

To pass on your personal data to other third parties is, in principle, not intended.

Cookies

On our websites and apps, various information is stored in so-called cookies. Their intention is to provide a user-friendly handling of the application and make the overall internet offer more effective. In addition, the data stored in a cookie makes the repeated filling of forms redundant.

We especially use cookies in order to be able to recognize previous visitors on our website during a subsequent visit. This means you won’t have to log in again for each visit. Therefore, the legal basis of this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

You can manage the acceptance of cookies on our websites and apps in your browser and block them if necessary. You can also delete cookies that have already been set at any time. Furthermore, you can inform yourself about the possibility of deactivating cookies in the settings of your selected browser. If you do not accept cookies, this may lead to restrictions in the use of our websites and apps. We’d like to point out that after deletion of your cookies you may also have to reactivate preset opt-out cookies.

We recommend that you regularly delete cookies and your browser history manually.

Analysis of Websites and Apps

To optimize the contents and offers of our websites and apps, and to collect statistical evaluations, various technical programs are used to record data about the behavior of the user of the websites and apps anonymously. For this purpose, data on click behavior, visit duration, system settings and user origin are collected as text files through the use of analysis software. Cookies are stored on your computer for these evaluations. The collected data may be stored on the servers of the operators of the analysis tools. The data collected will not be used for a personal identification of the user, and will not be combined with other personal data of the user. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. In the following section, we describe in detail the analysis tools we use. The following analysis tools are used for this purpose on our websites and apps:

Google Analytics

For the analysis of our websites and apps, we use the analysis procedure Google Analytics, a procedure of Google Inc. The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie is usually transferred to and stored on a Google server in the United States of America. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. The IP addresses are also only processed further in abbreviated form. Direct personal contact can thus be ruled out. Our websites and apps use Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizelp”. This shortens the processing of IP addresses and prevents direct personal contact. You can prevent the collection and processing of your data through the Google Analytics cookie by installing the following browser plug-ins: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Company: GOOGLE INC. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA You can find more information about this web analysis tool at: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/partners/ and in the privacy policy of Google http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Google Tag Manager

We also use Google Tag Manager on our website. With Google Tag Manager, marketers can manage website tags through a single interface. The Tool Tag Manager does not use any cookies itself. However, the tool triggers other tags that may, in turn, collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If you have deactivated cookies, this setting will also remain valid for all Google Tag Manager tracking tags. For more information about the terms of use for Google Tag Manager, please see Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/?hl=en.

Google AdWords

On our website, we use the service Google Adwords, an online advertising program of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. More specifically, we use the remarketing function of Google AdWords. With this function, it is possible for us to present you (as user of our website) advertisements based on your interest on other websites within the display network. To make this possible, your interactions are analysed on our website. For example, the system records which offer you were interested in. For this process, Google stores a cookie in your browser. This cookie is used to track your visits to our website. This is mainly used to identify the web browser on a specific computer and not to identify you personally. Personal data will not be stored. If you want to disable Google’s use of cookies, you can click on the link below and download and install the plug-in provided there: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. For more information, please see Google’s Privacy Policy at: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/. In addition, we use the conversion tracking function of Google AdWords. A cookie is placed on your device as soon as you click on an ad placed by Google. However, the cookies lose their validity after 30 days. The cookies do not contain any personal data and are not used for personal identification. In particular, the information collected is used to compile statistics for Google AdWords customers. You can manage the acceptance of cookies of our websites and apps independently in your browser and block them if necessary. You can also delete cookies that have already been set at any time. You can also learn how to disable cookies in the settings of your selected browser. If you do not accept cookies, this may lead to restrictions in the use of our websites and apps. You can also disable interest-based ads on Google and interest-based Google ads on the web in your browser. To do this, activate the “Off” button at http://www.google.de/settings/ads or deactivate it at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ We’d like to point out that after deleting your cookies, you may also have to reactivate set opt-out cookies. For more information about your choices and privacy on Google, please visit https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/?fg=1.

Google Web Fonts

We use so-called web fonts provided by Google for a consistent presentation of fonts on our website. Our pages load all required web fonts into their browser cache every time they’re accessed. This is necessary in order to be able to display all text bodies and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the type of browser that is used automatically connects to Google’s servers. By doing so, Google is made aware of your using and accessing our website via your IP address. The agreed upon use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of our online services at CAY Solutions. This is a legitimate interest in the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 (f) GDPR.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a fitting default font will automatically be used by your computer.

For the purpose and scope of data collection as well as the further processing and use of the data, please refer to https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq und in Google’s privacy policies: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps API, a service by Google Inc., for the visual presentation of geographic information. All information generated by Google Maps API are usually transmitted to and stored by Google on their servers in the United States. Google may transfer the data they obtained through the use of Google Maps to third parties, but only if those third parties process said data on behalf of Google or if doing so is legally permitted or required. The IP address provided by your browser while using Google Maps will not be merged with any other data at Google. Technically, it could be possible that Google may process data they received for other purposes than they those the data was intended for, or that they identify individual users through said data. CAY SOLUTIONS GmbH, however, does not and cannot have any influence regarding this matter. For these reasons, the use of Google Maps may be interpreted as problematic in terms of data protection.

However, you have the possibility to prevent data transfer to Google by disabling all Google Maps services by deactivating JavaScript features in your browser. Although, as a consequence, you will not be able to use google maps and its map viewer in this case.

By using our website while having all JavaScript functions activated, you explicitly declare your knowledge of and agreement with the processing of all data collected by Google Inc. in the manner described above and for all afore-mentioned purposes.

Company: GOOGLE INC., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA
